My sister's 5 minute rule got me to finally use my phone lockbox

I've had this $30 kitchen safe for like 6 months and never used it because it felt so dramatic. But my sister visited from Austin last week and said she puts her phone in for just 5 minutes when she gets home from work, then does a small task like folding laundry or unloading the dishwasher. The timer forces her to start something, and by the time it goes off she's usually in the flow and doesn't even grab the phone back. Has anyone else tried a super short block instead of a full hour or two?
