My phone went in the freezer for 2 weeks, here's what broke

Last month I got so sick of mindless scrolling that I stuck my phone in a Tupperware and froze it overnight. I only pulled it out twice a day for calls and texts, but the condensation ruined the speaker by day 6. Anyone else tried the freezer trick and ended up with a $180 repair bill instead of focus?

Ha, I did the exact same thing last winter and my speaker started crackling by day four. The condensation got into the charging port too, and then it wouldn't fast charge for a month. Paid almost the same price to get it fixed, which totally defeated the whole point of saving my brain from doomscrolling. The weirdest part is I actually miss the freezer routine now, like my phone felt less like a leash when it was locked in there. Still not worth $180 though, next time I'm just gonna use a dumb phone for a week.
