Library quiet floor hack nobody talks about, tried it in Portland
Went to the downtown library last week to escape my home office chaos and found the 4th floor is basically dead silent. But the real trick was grabbing a carrel facing the wall, not the window. People watching was my biggest distraction and I didn't realize it till I sat there for 2 hours. Finished a whole work proposal without checking my phone once. Do you guys have a specific spot like that when you need to block everything out, or is it just me?
