Just gave up my phone jail for a cheap timer lock

I was stuck between using a fancy app blocker on my phone or buying a $15 kitchen timer safe from Target. After 3 days of ignoring the app blocker and scrolling anyway, I grabbed the timer safe and tossed my phone in there for 2 hours. Anyone else find that physical locks work way better than digital ones?

Yeah and I found the physical act of locking it up makes me way less likely to grab it back.
