Three months staring at a blank hallway before I hung a $12 mirror
My hallway wall sat empty since I moved into my apartment in Portland two years back. Every weekend I'd look at it, picture something, then freeze and shut the door. Finally measured the space, bought a cheap round mirror at a thrift shop for $12, and hung it in 15 minutes last Saturday. Why did it take me 104 weekends to do what a level and one nail could solve? Anyone else got a wall that defeated them for way too long?
