Blank wall in my kitchen - gallery wall or one big statement piece? I'm torn.
I left my kitchen wall empty for 6 months trying to decide between a grid of 9 small frames or one huge 3x4 foot canvas. Then I hung up 3 random thrift store prints just to test spacing and my neighbor said it looked better than anything planned. Has anyone else found that accidental arrangements work better than careful ones?

Man, isn't it funny how the stuff we don't overthink ends up being the best? I once spent two weeks measuring and leveling a gallery wall, only to bump into it with a ladder and mess up two frames. Now I just lean random art against the backsplash and it somehow works way better than anything I could have planned.
