Shoutout to the $70 cone mandrel I bought at a swap meet in Tulsa, thing is warped and rings like a bell
Found out at the forge it's a cast iron repo, not forged steel, so I'm out $70 and stuck with a paperweight that wobbles, anyone got a good way to check a mandrel before handing over cash?
