Last Tuesday everything just clicked in the forge
I had one of those days where every weld held and every heat was just right. Made 5 bottle openers in 4 hours which is usually a full day's work for me. The steel was moving like butter and my hammer strikes were landing perfect every time. Got a triple spiral twist on a fire poker that I've been messing up for months. Anybody else have those random days where your body just remembers what to do better than your brain?

Ever notice how those perfect days always show up after a string of garbage ones? It's like your brain finally lets go of trying so hard and your hands just take over. The real trick is that triple spiral twist - does your body remember the muscle memory after you've slept on it, or is it just gone the next morning?
