Warning: my $5 thrift store DVD set started a 3 night obsession
I grabbed a complete series box set of a 90s legal drama at a Goodwill in Austin last Saturday just for background noise. Figured I'd watch one episode before bed, but the cliffhangers kept stacking up and I finished the whole first season by 2 AM. By Monday I had called in sick just to keep going, which was NOT my plan at all. What show snuck up on you like that when you least expected it?
