Hot take: The Crown season 5 was a total snooze fest

I finally got around to watching The Crown season 5 last week and man, I almost fell asleep during the third episode. All that drama about the royal family's divorces felt like watching paint dry compared to the earlier seasons. Did anyone else find the pacing way too slow or was it just me?

I actually thought season 5 had some real depth to it... @david123, I get why episode 3 felt slow but that whole storyline with Charles and Diana's marriage falling apart was so human to me. The pacing let you sit with the sadness instead of rushing through it. All those quiet scenes in the palace really captured how lonely they both must have been.
