Finally got through the first season of 'The Bear' after three false starts

It took me seven months to get past the first two episodes because the anxiety was too real for me, but after I pushed through it became my favorite show this year - anyone else struggle with high stress shows?

Wait, you're telling me a show about a dude screaming "Yes, chef!" in a tiny kitchen gave you actual anxiety? I mean I get it, the show is basically a masterclass in panic attacks disguised as entertainment. I almost threw my remote through the TV during the episode where everything goes wrong at once, and I've never worked in a restaurant a day in my life. It's like the creators sat down and said "Let's make a show that feels exactly like someone frantically texting you at 2 AM." The weird part is you're right though, once you let it break you down it becomes this weirdly addictive mess.

Even our daily group chats overload us the same way that show overloads its characters.
