Took me 4 months to get the city to trim one bush blocking the lane on my ride to work

I filed a request in March to trim the hedge on SE Clinton that forced me into traffic every morning, and it finally got cut back last week after 3 follow up calls. Back when I started biking this route in 2018 the whole street felt open, now it's one thing after another. Anyone else dealt with a city that only moves when you call over and over?
