Why does nobody talk about leaving 20 minutes earlier fixing the sweat problem better than any gear
I used to roll into the office on my 6 mile ride in Austin with a soaked shirt no matter how slow I pedaled, tried wicking undershirts, a small towel, the whole thing. What actually worked was leaving 20 minutes early and just riding easier, no sprinting out of every stoplight, and I stopped sweating buckets by mile 3. My building has a shower but I stopped needing it, I just air out for 5 minutes in the parking garage and change my shirt. Been doing this for 4 months now and I have not shown up sweaty once. Anyone else find that pace mattered more than any product for staying dry?
