Oh man, my buddy Kevin got one of those for his commuter bike and it completely changed his life... he said his back used to look like he'd been in a rainstorm by the time he got to work. First ride with the rack and he came in dry as a bone, said it was the best forty bucks he ever spent on anything, period.
