Saw a mobile mechanic's setup in Portland and it got me thinking

Last Tuesday I was dropping off a frame at a powder coater off SE Stark and there was a guy in the parking lot doing emergency repairs out of a beat-up Sprinter van. He had a work stand bolted to the floor, a torque wrench set on a magnetic tray, and like 4 chain whips hanging from a pegboard. He told me he does about 12 roadside calls a week, mostly derailleur hangers and snapped cables. What do you all carry when you have to do mechanical work outside a proper bench setup? I'm curious if a portable truing stand is worth the weight or if you just eyeball it.
