I finally fixed that pesky ghost shifting with a $3 part
My 11-speed 105 setup kept dropping gears on the stand until I swapped the shift cable ferrule at the derailleur for a sealed one from Jagwire. The old ferrule was letting in grit from my commute through Portland's fall leaves. Has anyone else had a tiny cable end cause big problems?
