Found a cheap trick for fixing stuck seatposts with coke and a rag
Had a 90s steel frame come in with a seatpost that wouldn't budge after years of neglect. Tried heat, PB Blaster, even a breaker bar and nothing worked. Then I wrapped a rag soaked in cola around the post and let it sit for 2 hours. The acid ate through the corrosion and I slid it out with just a pair of channel locks. Has anyone else tried random household stuff like this for seized parts?
