A customer in Chicago called me out on my chain cleaning method
He said, 'You're just moving the grit around with that brush, you need to flush it out.' I switched to a degreaser spray and a rag for the final wipe, and the drivetrain is way quieter now. What's your go-to chain cleaning process?

Honestly that's how most things go... you do something one way forever until someone points out the obvious better way. My chain's been a lot happier since I started using the simple spray and rag method too.
