I used to pry every keycap off cold and cracked 2 stems on a Model M last spring, but watching a guy at the Toledo swap heat a paperclip and pop a cap in 4 seconds flat got me to try it and I haven't pried one since, so what temp do you all run your iron at for the stubborn ones?
