Why does nobody talk about the learning curve on those new cordless clipper models?

I switched to the new Gamma X-Ergo last month and my first three fades came out looking like stair steps. What's the best way to get used to the weight and balance difference?

My buddy had the same issue with his new clippers. He just kept shaving his whole head for a week to get the feel.

My cousin Mike bought those same clippers last summer. He butchered his own lineup so bad he wore a hat for two weeks straight. He ended up practicing on a cantaloupe for like an hour every night, said the weird shape helped him figure out the new angles. It looked crazy, but his flicks got way smoother after that.
