Took me three weeks to figure out why my clipper blades kept overheating

I mean, I was using my regular Andis T-Outliners and they'd get crazy hot after like 10 minutes, even with oil. Turns out the little tension screw on the side was cranked way too tight from the factory. I loosened it maybe a quarter turn and it fixed the whole thing. Anyone else run into this with new clippers?

Heard that's a super common factory setting issue.

Three weeks? Man, that's a long time to fight with hot clippers. I would have thrown them against a wall after the third day.
