That $60 clipper oil isn't worth the hype
Everyone swears by that premium clipper oil, but I grabbed a $8 bottle of mineral oil from the grocery store and my Andis blades run just as smooth. Been using it for 6 months now, no rust or issues. Anyone else see through the markup on barber supplies?

@jamiekim you are tripping, baby oil is way different than plain mineral oil for blades.

Mineral oil? For real? Dude that stuff is for cutting boards and laxatives. I can't believe you just pour that on your blades. Six months and no rust is wild to me. I left a drop of baby oil on my clipper once and it gummed up everything in a week. You must live in a desert or something.
