PSA: I thought hot towel warmers were just hype until my shop in Phoenix got one
I figured a hot towel machine was a $200 gimmick for fancy spots, but my regulars started leaning back and tipping extra the moment that warm cloth hit their neck. Now I'm wondering if the cheap ones hold up or if I just got lucky with this model, anybody running one for more than a year?
