Am I the only one who had a clipper motor die right before a busy Saturday?

Honestly, my main corded clipper just stopped working at 8 AM with a full book. I spent over 2 hours taking it apart, cleaning it, and checking the wiring before I realized the motor was completely gone and I had to run out for a backup. What's your go-to move when your primary tool fails during a rush?
