My vertical garden fell over twice before I figured out the real issue

I kept stacking my pots on those cheap metal shelves and they'd wobble like crazy in any breeze. After losing 3 tomato plants last August, I realized the problem wasn't the shelf, it was the uneven weight distribution from my 5 gallon buckets on the top row. I switched to a wall-mounted rail system and put my heaviest pots on the bottom hooks, and now nothing's budged through two storms here in Portland. Has anyone else had luck anchoring their vertical setups to the wall instead of free standing?
