Can we talk about how I killed 3 basil plants in a row by using those self-watering globes?
My neighbor on the 4th floor asked why I was watering so much when the soil was bone dry two inches down, and it turns out those little glass bulbs were keeping just the top inch wet while the roots underneath were gasping, so I tossed them and switched to sticking my finger in the pot every morning, has anyone else had that same fake out?
