That $25 silicone mat I bought ruined my cookies
I saw everyone raving about silicone baking mats so I grabbed one for $25 at the kitchen supply store. First batch of chocolate chip cookies spread out like pancakes and stuck way worse than my old parchment paper. Cleanup was a nightmare too, the grease just smeared around. Anyone else find these things overhyped or did I just get a dud?
