My sourdough starter was a lie for 3 weeks
I kept waiting for bubbles that never came. Fed it every day like the blogs said. Turns out my tap water had too much chlorine. Switched to bottled water and it exploded overnight. Anyone else fight with their starter over something dumb like this?
