Made my 50th sourdough loaf today and it was the ugliest one yet

I hit 50 loaves this morning and thought I'd have it down by now but nope, that thing spread like a pancake. My starter finally doubled in 4 hours for the first time though so I guess that's the real win. Has anyone else hit a random milestone loaf that just flopped?

Wait, is this about someone actually getting upset over bread or is it about the whole "artisan bread is a scam" thing that's been going around? Because I've definitely seen people get way too heated about how much a loaf should cost. Like I get it, $8 for sourdough feels like a lot but some people act like the baker personally insulted their grandmother.
