Finally figured out why my pie crusts kept shrinking after years of trial and error
Turns out I was overworking the dough and not letting it rest long enough in the fridge - has anyone else had that lightbulb moment after their 10th sad, shrunken pie?

Man that's a tough lesson to learn the hard way. I've been there with other baking projects and it's always frustrating when you think you're doing everything right but the results just fall flat.
