Bought a $45 silicone baking mat and it ruined my cookie batch
Ngl I grabbed that nonstick mat from the kitchen store last week thinking it would save me from greasing pans. First batch of chocolate chip cookies spread out into a giant flat mess and stuck worse than parchment paper. Anyone else have a baking tool that totally backfired on you?

Did you try dusting it with flour before scooping the dough on?
