Tossed my $80 dough scraper set, bench knife is all I need

I bought this big stainless dough scraper set last month thinking it would speed up my bagel production. Thing sat in the drawer for 3 weeks while I kept grabbing my old plastic bench knife out of habit. What convinced me to ditch them was watching a guy in Portland crank out croissants with just a cheap metal scraper and his hands. Sold the set on Craigslist for $40 and bought a second bench knife for my work station. Anyone else drop cash on fancy tools that just collect dust?

Nah, those wide scrapers work way better for moving big batches of dough.
