Took me 4 hours to figure out my dough was too sticky because of humidity
I was in the kitchen last Tuesday in Nashville fighting with a batch of sourdough that would NOT come together. Turned out the humidity was 80% that day and I needed to cut the water back by like 50 grams. Anybody else adjust their hydration based on the weather or am I just overthinking this?

Been like that here for weeks now, I swear my dehumidifier is working overtime just to keep the mold off the windows.
