Spent $12 on a bench scraper at the restaurant supply store
Been using a butter knife to divide dough and scrape counters for two years because I thought a $12 tool couldn't make that much difference. First time I used it yesterday I felt like an idiot for fighting sticky dough so long anyone else waste time on the wrong tool?

Haha, I've got a drawer full of "I'll just make do" tools too.
