Just hit 1000 loaves on my sourdough starter 'Frank' and the numbers don't lie
I keep a log book and hit the 1000th loaf mark last Tuesday. It's not just a number, it's proof that my process is finally solid. My crumb structure and oven spring got way more consistent after loaf 750. Has anyone else tracked their output like this and seen a real turning point?

Honestly I've never counted my loaves, that sounds like a lot of pressure. Tbh I feel like focusing on a number could make you miss the small wins along the way. My best bread came when I stopped worrying about the score and just baked by feel.

That log book is a game changer for sure! I started tracking around loaf 300 and seeing the notes on what I changed each time is what finally got my crust consistent.
