I finally ditched my measuring cups for a scale and my cookies spread into one giant sheet

We baked it anyway and called it cookie brittle, which the kids loved.

Just because the kids loved it doesn't make it okay. There could still be real concerns.

Yeah but seriously, if the kids had a great time, what's the actual harm here? Richard110 is looking for problems where there might not be any. Sometimes people just need to relax and not overthink every little thing.
