Hit 500 sourdough loaves at my home bakery in Portland

I just logged my 500th loaf in my baking notebook yesterday, which felt insane because I only started this as a pandemic hobby. It matters because my first 50 attempts were total bricks, but now my crumb is finally consistent. Anyone else track their bakes and hit a number that made you stop and think?
