Hit 200 loaves from my home oven this week and still don't have a steam setup
I've been baking boules every Sunday for like 18 months and just realized I've done 200 loaves using nothing but a spray bottle and some ice cubes in a tray. How are you guys getting good crust without a real steam injection?

I really like how you said "nothing but a spray bottle and some ice cubes" because it kinda sums up how most of us get by with what we have. It reminds me of how people make do with whatever tools are around, like using a butter knife to screw in a loose screw or a book to press flowers. We find a way to get the job done even without the fancy gear, and that's kind of cool.
