Changed my mind on using a scale for everything
Honestly, for years I swore by measuring cups for dry stuff like flour. Last month, I finally tried weighing my ingredients for a big batch of sourdough at my shop in Tacoma. The difference was huge, my loaves came out way more even every single time. Anyone else switch to weighing and see a big change in their results?

I mean, you were still weighing dry stuff before though.

Yeah, I switched to a scale for baking and it just makes everything so much easier and better.
