Why does nobody talk about how loud roosters are in city limits?

My neighbor in Portland got a rooster last month, says it's fine because it's 'just one'. That thing crows at 4:30 AM sharp, every single day. I think the 'urban farming' trend ignores how disruptive they can be for folks on a normal sleep schedule. Anyone else dealing with this, or am I just unlucky?

Yeah, Portland's noise rules are weird. My buddy had a neighbor get a "therapy rooster" last spring. That bird didn't just crow at dawn. It would go off anytime a car door slammed or a dog barked. My friend started getting calls from his boss because he was nodding off in video meetings. He finally had to move.
