My automatic feeder jammed up during a weekend trip

Came back from visiting my sister in Springfield to find the girls had no food left. The cheap plastic feeder I got online for $35 had a piece of corn stuck in the mechanism. I had to take the whole thing apart and clean it out with a screwdriver. Has anyone found a more reliable brand that doesn't clog so easily?

Oh that's the worst feeling, coming home to that. Those plastic feeders are so hit or miss. Have you looked into the metal ones with the bigger hoppers?
