Can we talk about how my rooster crowed at 3 AM last Tuesday and woke up the whole block in Phoenix?

I had to apologize to three neighbors the next morning because that bird sounded like a fire alarm, has anyone else dealt with a rooster that just doesn't care about sleeping hours?

Mine crows at 2 AM just to see if I'm still paying attention.
