Water filter fail on the JMT, my dumbest moment yet
After 3 days on the John Muir Trail I realized I'd been backflushing my Sawyer squeeze with dirty creek water the whole time, so every filter I drank was basically unfiltered. A thru-hiker at Red's Meadow pointed out I was using the wrong syringe direction and laughed for a solid minute, has anyone else made this kind of rookie move?
