That kind of gatekeeping is so tired. Does he think someone with bad knees or a new hiker just starting out isn't really enjoying nature? What's the actual point of putting down how other people choose to spend their time outside?

The guy in the original post said people who hike less than 10 miles are just tourists, @patricianguyen. That is a wild thing to say out loud.
