That $180 heat gun I cheaped out on finally bit me in the ass
Bought a no-name heat gun off Amazon for shrink tubing and it died mid-harness on a Cessna 172 in Phoenix. Had to borrow a torque wrench from the hangar next door to finish, and the delay cost me the whole afternoon. Anyone else found a budget tool that straight up failed on a real job, or am I the only dumbass?
