Last week I stopped chasing the newest test box and it felt weird
Been in this trade for 9 years now. Last week I had to calibrate an old bench unit from 2011 for a Cessna job in Wichita. Everyone at my shop keeps pushing the newer all-in-one units that cost like $8k. Turns out the old box did every test I needed in half the time. I know the new stuff has fancier screens, but my hands know the old knobs. Am I the only one who still keeps a legacy unit around for daily work?
