Just read a report from the NTSB about a 2022 incident at Denver International
The preliminary finding said a faulty ground power unit connector caused a full avionics bus reset during pushback. It wasn't in the maintenance logs because the ground crew just swapped the GPU and moved on. Has anyone else run into a similar ghost fault from ground equipment that didn't get written up?

We started a log for ground equipment faults (like that) after a similar issue.
