Serious question, did anyone else get hit with that 10 day rule when shipping a car from Phoenix?
Found out the hard way that most brokers quote you a pickup window but the actual contract gives the carrier up to 10 days before they even have to show. My quote said 2 to 4 days and the car sat for 9. Has anyone found a broker that puts the real pickup window in writing, or is that just how it works everywhere?
