Hot take: a dispatcher in Reno told me to stop picking the cheapest quote and my car actually showed up on time
Back in March I had my Civic moved from Reno to Phoenix and I was all about the lowest bid, like $540 from some broker. The dispatcher on my third call straight up said the cheap quote just means nobody will pick it up and it sits for a month. So I paid $180 more and it got there in 4 days. Now I actually read reviews instead of just sorting by price. How do you all decide when the cheap quote is a trap?
