Used to yank calipers off without cracking the bleeder, now I crack it first every time
A 20-year guy at a shop in Boise watched me fight a frozen piston for 40 minutes on a 2009 Civic and asked if I'd opened the bleeder before pushing it back, which I hadn't, and now I spend the extra 10 seconds on every brake job.
